Notes for the people who sign
One development at a time, with the commercial consequence stated and the documents worth re-reading named at the end.
Insights is written for boards, founders, finance directors and investment teams who need to know whether a development changes something they are about to do.
Each note answers three questions: what changed, which commercial arrangements it touches, and what should be reviewed as a result. Where a note recommends a change, it names the document and the clause.
Notes are drafted separately in Arabic and in English. Nothing published here is advice on a specific matter.

The publishing standard
One development per note — A note that covers three things tells you what to do about none of them.
A stated consequence — If the commercial consequence cannot be written down, the note is not published.
A named document — Every recommendation points at something the reader can go and open.
A note cannot read your agreement
It can tell you that a clause has become risky. Whether it is in your contract, and what it does to the rest of it, needs the document itself. If a development touches a decision you are taking, name the decision.
